KEYS
The Villa will be opened and prepared for you by your maid who will welcome you along with the managing agent. The keys will then be handed to you for the duration of your stay. Please return them to the management or maid on departure. Failing that, give the keys to the on site security guard at the first barrier.

Ali Ikouyne manages the villa and will take care of all your requests including making reservations for you in restaurants and various excursions. However, all the numbers you need are on this site. TELEVISION/Wii
The television control and the Wii can be found in the grey cabinet. Please return them on your departure.
DVD
You will find the DVD in the grey cabinet along with some DVD’s, please put the machine back in the cupboard at the end of your visit.
STERIO/CD/iPod DOC
You will find the sterio below the speakers in the grey cabinet on the other side of the room and the docking station is on the top of the unit.
KITCHEN HOB
Should you run out of the supplied gas cylinder, please call Ali Ikouyne to replenish. (Unlikely, unless you are cooking 24hours a day).
ETIQUETTE
Please be respectful during Ramadam to avoid eating on the streets during daylight hours. Non-Muslims cannot enter working mosques in Morocco.
DRIVER

Abdel karim is your man, if you can speak French then that will help. He will pick you up at the airport and during your stay will work for you everyday if you wish. He will also do your food and shopping with the maid , should you require anything at all. Just liaise with him regarding times and requests, he is Mr. Marrakech and knows everything there is to know. He is only ever 30 minutes away when you call him to the villa.

MINI BUS
If you need a mini bus then please call Ali Ikouyne in the management office so that he can adjust the transport for you.
MAID
The maids at Samanah generally start work at 8am and finish at 5pm unless you request for them to work longer hours. At that point Adbel Karim will have to drop them home. The maid helps the chef in the morning and arranges the pool area, she will then clean the villa and tidy all the rooms. She will wash and iron all your clothes and will tend to your every need.
DRY CLEANING
If you would like your clothes dry cleaned then please let the maid know or call Ali Ikouyne.

The chef is from the golf club restaurant. He arrives in the morning and will prepare breakfast. If you would like to request something special then please let him know. He will return to make you lunch or dinner or a BBQ should you wish, all you need to do is call the golf club restaurant or visit using the golf buggy.
MASSAGE IN THE VILLA
If you would like a Massage by the pool at the Villa, please ask Abdul Karim to call his friend Woffa. The cost is 400DHS which you will need in cash.

If the talk of food becomes overwhelming then call Younes at Pizza Portofino and ask him to deliver some pizza, salads and deserts. Its basic and it will take an hour but its quite good when it arrives.
